When booking flight to go to meeting RBS Chairman found that RBS had cancelled Current Account Debit Card...called RBS Call Centre they tried to find any reason...then much to embarrassment of young call centre operative she had to admit that cancelled for no reason on the system, Apologised & will send me a new one to my RBS Branch in 10 days...
