As officially a resident of Italy; through working and living between Europe & London and having previously lived & worked in Kiev, New York, LA & Houston I have a growing specialism in international business development across the Americas, EMEA, the Gulf States and the former Russian Republics.

So really I am a specialist in matters of International Trade, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Investments and Acquisitions

Following my role as CEO, Torex Retail Plc and then my Whistleblowing to RBS & the banking syndicate, London Stock Exchange AIM Market & the Serious Fraud Office for what has become the most significant, most successful investigation in the UK into Corporate Fraud…as a result I am a CPS Witness, protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 & with my Security covered by the City of London Police Anti Terrorism and Public Order specialist unit.

Now I have had to become experienced in economic regulation, LSE – AIM market regulation, accounting policies for technology companies, corporate fraud prevention and overall corporate governance.
