Following my role as CEO, Torex Retail Plc and then my Whistleblowing to RBS & the banking syndicate, London Stock Exchange AIM Market & the Serious Fraud Office for what has become the most significant, most successful investigation in the UK into Corporate Fraud…as a result I am a CPS Witness, protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
